Our staff has over 30 years industrial experience in high voltage insulation systems, power supplies and custom high voltage solutions. We provide the following high voltage engineering and testing services:

  • Dielectric withstanding test with AC and lightning impulse voltages

Out key high voltage test equipment are:

  • 100 kV/2 A single phase AC source, consisting of:
    a) a 600 V to 100 kV RMS step-up transformer with 2 A RMS output current capability,
    b) motor controlled variable, single phase auto-transformer to regulate the input voltage to the step-up transformer, and
    c) operator’s control console, plus a 100 kV high voltage divider.
  • 200 kV/6.7 kJ impulse voltage generator, consisting of:
    a) a 3 stage, 70 kV, 1 μF per stage Marx generator
    b) 30 kV resonant type AC transformer, high voltage rectifier as charging station, and
    c) operator’s control console and a 200 kV capacitive high voltage divider
  • 800 kV/40 kJ impulse voltage generator, consisting of:
    d) a 8 stage, 100 kV, 1 μF per stage Marx generator
    e) 100 kV resonant type AC transformer, high voltage rectifier as charging station, and
  • operator’s control console and a 800 kV capacitive high voltage divider
